How to open an athena ticket
To open a ticket with Athena for support
- Please click on the support option.

- After, click create a case or call.

- Once you click create a case, please click on the subject that matches your request. So for example, if your request is tied to billing, please choose that option.

- After you click your selection, please select create a case.

- Please enter all pertinent information into the case. And then click the “create online case”.


- After the case has been created, you will see the following. Please click “view case”.

- Please call the number that is generated. After, when prompted to enter case number, please provide the information to Athena to reference the case once you call.
