Unable to load webpages and errors in applications
Issue/Background: When Helix removed their DNS Agent from computers, the DNS settings on all adapters should have reverted to Dynamic. On some systems, the DNS entry was still set to static with an address of 127.0.0.2.
To fix the issue:
- Login as the shadmin local administrator account (password is in N-Able).
- Change the Wi-Fi IPv4 adapter settings under the DNS section to dynamic.
- Reboot and confirm the issue is resolved.
